Once the customer raises the refund request within 3 days from the date of goods received, for which the customer has to state the “Reason for Return”. We are liable to accept return request only for the reasons stated below:
- If the Item/ Product was defective.
- If the item was damaged during shipping.
- If the products were missing or the wrong item was shipped by the Vendor/s.
- When the customer provides us with the reason, we will validate the given reason, Post which we will take the necessary action on the same.
The customer will be informed about the "Approval/Rejection" of the replacement request. If the reason is valid, the customer shall be required to return the product to ESASTO and only after the return of the product shall ESASTO be obliged to provide the replacement product to the customer. In case the replacement product is not available, ESASTO will provide a refund to the customer and the customer shall be obligated to accept the refund instead of the replacement.

- The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
- The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected.
After we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality check (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:
