Return & Exchange Policy

• The end customer should return the cancelled product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• The cancelled product will be returned to the vendors within 3 days from the date ESASTO has received.
• The vendor has to rectify/exchange/refund or Permit ESASTO to exchange the stock in hand (SIH) product to the customer within 5 days.
• The return period will be considered from the date of delivery only if the product received is defective/damaged/different than displayed.
